- NA Chairman: Ken Bruce has resigned his post so a new Chairperson is required
- NA Treasurer: The post will become vacant at the AGM in January 2012
- NA Squad Coordinator: A volunteer is needed to arrange venues and coaches for NA Squad training
- Competition: Provisional date for NA Outdoor Champs 9th & 10th June 2012
