MEMBER ENGAGEMENT roadshows

The roadshows were initially planned to share information on the new strategy. By looking at informal member feedback and researching what worked well for other organisations, the purpose of the roadshows changed to focus more on discussion-based group work, with topics based around priority areas from the strategy. The focus was then primarily on listening to members, gathering feedback on topics and allowing an opportunity to meet and learn from other clubs and members.

We have really enjoyed these particular events as it has allowed us to further connect with our members within the archery community in Scotland.

 

We usually arrange 4 roadshows - North, East, West and a Virtual Online session.
