What I do

Provide leadership, create a strong team, make recommendations to the board and develop policies.

Manage finances, secure funding, membership & volunteer engagement, work with key stakeholders.
Something about me
-
In my spare time I love to spend time with my daughter – we get out into the country whenever we can to go walking or climb on rocks. I also have a passion for running which used to be more competitive, but now I run to alleviate the guilt from all the scones I eat.

A fun fact which very few people know about me is that I play the accordion.

Jonny roy
National Development Manager
What I do
-
Lead the development team - which covers clubs, coaching, officials and community to name a few areas.

Lead our pathway programmes - which covers u21, development, pathway squad, pathway coaches.
Something about me
I’m a big lover of all sports. I grew up playing a mixture of field hockey, football and golf. These days, I spend most of my spare time enjoying life with my wife, family, and friends, and trying my best to lower my golf handicap (work in progress!).

Robert Clark
Communities and Workforce Development Officer
What I do
-
I cover community development which involves working with community groups and charities and taking a changing lives approach.

I also lead on workforce development which covers field captains, judges and other officials.
Something about me
In my spare time, I enjoy playing football with friends, staying active at the gym, and going for runs. Fitness is a real passion of mine, and I love the energy and challenge it brings.

Euan Murray
Development and Engagement Officer
What I do
-
I lead on club development and I'm keen to work with clubs to support them with their goals and ambitions.
-
I also cover coaching which involves mapping our qualifications currently but also facilitating courses, looking at CPD and sharing good practice.

I am lead contact for JustGo and keep our website and social media update as well as providing updates to our members through SA Scoop (monthly newsletter)
Something about me

I like to play sport regularly, spend time with friends and family in particular my son Lucas.

Jacqui Dunlop
Safeguarding and Operations Manager
What I do
-
I am responsible for helping coaches and those in support roles obtain their PVG and also to ensure that across the organisation we are setting and meeting high standards for safeguarding

I am also the main point of contact for the organisation, coding payments, membership, queries, adding news items to our online platforms.

Fiona hirst
Events Officer
What I do
-
Run events on behalf of Scottish Archery. Look for gaps in the events calendar and come up with new ideas

-
I used to shoot at National level and top rankings were Scotland No 1 and Archery GB 10th ​
-
I represented Scotland for 6 years. Gave up shooting due to Injury but really enjoy staying with the archery community in a different way
