School Soft Archery Championships returns for 2026

We're excited to announce that the Schools Soft Archery Championships will return for 2026, taking place at Lornshill Academy on Thursday 14th May 2026. 


Here are the key details:

  • The event will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Lornshill Academy Tullibody Rd, Alloa FK10 2ES

  • Pupils can showcase their skills in soft archery, divided into two age brackets: P4/5 and P6/7

  • 20 spaces available so please be quick so you don’t miss out 

  • Please arrive between 9:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. for a smooth start. We aim to finish by 2 p.m.


What you need to know:

  • Participation is FREE.

  • Teams of three are encouraged.

  • Whether your pupils are experienced or trying archery for the first time, it's all about fun and making connections with other schools.

  • Bring packed lunches and drinks for the day. There won't be a formal lunch break, but there will be downtime between matches.

  • Each team needs to bring one target, one bow, six arrows, and one arm guard per person. We can support on this if required, just let us know.

  • Secure your spot by signing up before the deadline on Friday 2nd May.
