Nearly three years ago, Gary joined our Board of Directors as the Director of Development, later transitioning to Director of People to align with our strategy. Sadly, we must say a fond farewell to Gary as he will step down from the board at the AGM in November. Over the past few years Gary has devoted his time, energy, and expertise to help us grow as a small Governing Body and drive our focus on continual improvement. He also served as Interim Chairperson for a period and was the hero of the moment when he agreed to chair our 2023 AGM at very short notice. We will miss you, Gary!

We have also announced the positions for Director of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion, as well as Director of Finance, ahead of the AGM. Rebecca, who is currently serving as the co-opted Director of EDI, will seek ratification at the AGM. Kenneth Ramsay, our Co-opted Finance Director, will also stand for election at this year's AGM.
