The Volunteering for All National Recruitment Campaign is a collaborative and evolving initiative designed to support the voluntary sector in identified areas of need and concern created by the Scottish Government Third Sector Unit and Volunteer Scotland supported by sportscotland. The goal is to inspire and support organisations across Scotland to boost volunteer recruitment effectively.
To achieve this, they aim to collate a comprehensive range of resources, including guidance and best practices to help organisations navigate recruitment challenges.
The hope is to create networking opportunities, allowing Volunteer-Involving Organisations (VIOs) to connect, share experiences, and collaborate on solutions. Additionally, they will collaborate with industry and sector experts to offer workshops and training sessions to equip organisations with the skills needed to attract and retain volunteers.
Organisations will also have access to up-to-date research, data, and insights to inform their strategies. Furthermore, additional support will be tailored to the evolving needs of the sector, ensuring that every organisation has the tools and knowledge to succeed.
Through this campaign, the aim is to enhance the volunteer landscape in Scotland, ensuring that communities receive the support they need to thrive.
