Following the recent selection process, we are proud to announce our Scotland squad for the upcoming Home Nations Indoor Championships being held during session B of the Archery GB National Indoor Championships (NIC) at the NAEC Stoneleigh near Coventry on 6th & 7th December.
This is a WA18 competition using a three-spot face for recurve and compound, and full face for barebow. With Archery GB reserving places for Home Nations archers this year, this was a highly competitive process with many places being decided on a single point across the three submitted scores. The selected team also reflects the inclusive nature of our sport, both in terms of age range and the number of Para Archers all competing at the same high level. Â
The squad comprises 2 archers and a reserve in each of 6 categories, with the Saltires team taking on England, Wales and Northern Ireland. The Home Nations Cup is awarded to the Nation gaining most points in the qualifying round overall, with medals awarded in each of the six categories.  Â
Spectators are very welcome to attend and cheering for the Saltires is strongly encouraged. Â
