AGM 2025

The Annual General Meeting will take place online on Saturday, 22 November at 10.30am. 

It is important that the registration form is completed, as only those who have registered to attend the AGM will be sent the link for the meeting.   The deadline for registering


is Wednesday, 19 November at 5.00 pm.  The sign up form can be found HERE.


The documents for the AGM can be found on our website (located under 22 November on the Events Calendar) and these include:


  • Agenda

  • 2024 Scottish Archery Annual General Meeting Minutes (draft)

  • Nominations for Director Vacancies

  • Draft Scottish Archery Accounts to 31 March 2025

  • Resolutions Information Pack (including Fee Proposal)

 

Voting at the Virtual AGM

We have created an AGM voting form which can be found HERE


We would ask that all members submit their votes individually using this form ahead of the deadline of Wednesday, 19 November at 5.00 pm.    Even if members are attending the AGM, we would ask they submit their votes ahead of the day as there will be no voting on the day.   This will help us greatly with voting, and ensure that the AGM itself runs as smoothly as possible.  


This year all votes will be individual votes, so there is no need to give a proxy vote to someone who will be attending the AGM to vote on your behalf.   All Scottish Archery members, aged 16 and over, are entitled to submit a vote at the AGM.     So just to clarify, those who are unable to attend the AGM and those who will be present should submit their votes ahead of the meeting, and we appreciate your support with this.  


For those unable to access the online form, please let me know and I will arrange for a Word Version to be sent.


There will also be an opportunity for Members Questions following the AGM and these should be submitted in advance of the meeting in order that we can ensure that a full response is given.   The form for submitting questions can be found HERE.  


The deadline for submitting questions is 14 November 2024 at 5.00 pm
