Due to an error in one of the Annual General Meeting resolutions and a subsequent amendment that did not meet the time requirements stated in the Articles of Association, the Board will be submitting the resolution below to an EGM to determine if members decide it should be passed.
The original resolution stated a junior member was anyone under 22 years of age, which was a typo as it meant that anyone who was 21 was a junior. While a correction was made, the board agreed that this was not done in a timely manner to allow a clear decision to be voted on. With that in mind we will be holding an EGM to vote on the amended resolution below. The date of the EGM will be circulated shortly with voting information.
The draft 2025 AGM minutes are now on the website. 5f32f9_29c51c99a3b84c069a4dc2c34f728179.pdf
