The Annual General Meeting is under two weeks away. As a reminder, all the information on resolutions and voting can be found on our EVENTS CALENDAR. We have an update to provide on Director applications for the AGM. Unfortunately Rebecca Leigh has noted that she can no longer stand for election on the Board of Directors due to time commitments. Rebecca has made a significant contribution to board decisions over the past year, bringing a fresh perspective to challenge thinking. We are sorry that Rebecca can no longer be considered as a Director. This means Rebecca's name will be removed from the voting papers. We would like to thank Rebecca for her time and dedication to the role of Equalities Director over the past year. the role will be advertised soon after the AGM.
