Club Webinars & Promotional Opportunities

10 Jun 2025

Dear Club Secretaries,

Please see below some information and opportunities.  If you can complete the short surveys that would be greatly appreciated.  Any questions just let me know. Best Wishes, Euan.

Expression of Interest - Webinars for Club Leaders & Volunteers

With the launch of our new 2025-29 Strategic Plan: Supporting our Archery Community and with clubs being at the heart of this, we are exploring interest and demand for some Webinars to support club leaders and volunteers across a variety of areas to help further support and develop their clubs.

Some topics on offer include:

-        Grant Funding 101: Finding and Winning Grants

-        Charitable Status: Is It Right for Your Club?

-        Community Asset Transfers

-        Culture, Purpose and Philosophy (people and organisations)

-        Financial Management and Budgeting

It would be greatly appreciated if club committees could complete the short survey here: https://forms.office.com/e/m4QnZsRYWC

Club Promotional Opportunity – Scottish Government ALISS

ALISS (A Local Information System for Scotland) is a national digital programme enabling people and professionals to find and share information on health and wellbeing resources, services, groups, and support in their local communities and online.

As part of the Scottish Government’s Scottish Women and Girls in Sport Week, the government are planning to signpost to ALISS to help members of the public find opportunities to get involved in sport and physical activity. We are eager that ALISS has a broad range of opportunities across Scotland displayed, particularly in the sport and physical activity space.

You can view the website here: ALISS - A Local Information System for Scotland | ALISS
