Scottish Fencing are organising an Emergency First Aid at Work course. This course is ideal for coaches, officials and volunteers. This course provides basic lifesaving first aid skills and knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.
The activity of archery is relatively safe because of the training that members receive through a beginner’s course, and the rules and regulations such as Rules of Shooting. The safety of archers is paramount and therefore all clubs and areas should consider their first aid requirements based on several factors including size of your club and minimum health and safety requirements.
