We’re excited to announce this year’s Inter-Area Championship taking place on 30th & 31st May at Moray Archery Club. It promises to be a fantastic weekend of archery and community, welcoming participants of all ages and abilities - from novice to seasoned archers.
The 2026 Inter Area Weekend will bring together Scotland’s archers for a competitive, developmental competition along with some social activities.
The weekend comprises two days of team and mixed team head-to-head as well as the two World Record Status Ranking Round (WA 70m/50m) competition, with the best area in Scotland competing for the title of Inter Area Champions. The competition is designed to give area teams valuable experience in team and mixed-team formats, helping them prepare for the National County Team Championships and the Home Nations.
On Saturday night, there will be an Inter Area BBQ along with team-building activities and games to add a bit of friendly and fun competition between the areas. The Cost for the BBQ and evenings activities will be £10 per head.
