With just one week to go until the first arrow flies, find out everything you need to know about the Paris 2024 Olympics archery competition schedule.
With a backdrop along the iconic river Seine and a venue sharing the spotlight with road cycling and marathon, the archery events have adopted a fresh rhythm. From an early kick-off to a revamped medal order and an epic grand finale, every arrow shot matters more than the last.
There have been a few changes to the archery schedule for 2024, the main one being that previously archery had no gap between qualifying rounds and the matches, but this year archery is starting the party a day early with the qualifying round on 25 July. This means our archers can now soak in the magic of the opening ceremony that’s taking place on 26 July without missing out on the action. This is due to the archery venue being right next to the river Seine, where all the opening ceremony magic happens, meaning our archers will have front-row seats for the festivities!
