The 30th & 31st May sees the first Inter Area Championship hosted by Moray Archery. This competition has been revamped, with all three areas competing for overall victory by earning points throughout the weekend.Â
It promises to be a fantastic weekend of archery and community, welcoming participants of all ages and abilities - from novice to seasoned archers.
The competition is designed to give area teams valuable experience in team and mixed-team formats, helping them prepare for the National County Team Championships and the Home Nations.
The weekend has two World Record Status (WRS) 70/50m rounds, as well as Team and Mixed Team head-to-head matches. The 2026 Inter Area Weekend will bring together Scotland’s archers for a competitive, developmental competition along with some social activities.

There is also a Social Saturday where the Northern Area are providing a meal and some entertainment - let's hope the weather holds out!
