Scottish Disability Sport (SDS), a registered Scottish charity aims to address inequalities experienced by people with disabilities and long-term health conditions, help them to become more active more often and provide them with opportunities to do so.
To make sure that these actions are making a meaningful difference, SDS would like to find out from people living with a disability or long-term health condition. For example, what makes it difficult for you to take part in sport and physical activity and what would make it easier?Â
Even if you do not take part in any physical activity or sport, we would still like to hear from you. This survey is created in collaboration with researchers at Queen Margaret University Edinburgh.
