Scottish Archery is looking for an inspiring and organised Head of Pathway to join our team.
·       Home-based with travel across Scotland
·       £31,000–£35,000
·       35 hours per week
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of archery in Scotland, creating and strengthening pathways from participation through to performance. You'll play a key role in delivering our 2025–2029 Strategy and helping establish Scotland's first dedicated performance programme.
Working alongside staff, volunteers, Area Committees, sportscotland, Archery GB and other partners, you'll help build a stronger, more inclusive sport—supporting clubs, developing communities and ensuring people can enjoy archery for life.
