Welcome Jonny Roy, Newly appointed National Development Manager

After a thorough recruitment process, we are delighted to announce that Jonny Roy will be our new National Development Manager. Jonny brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from across the sports sector, including work in university sport, coaching, performance pathways and community sport. As well as being passionate about sport, Jonny understands the power that it can have on communities and individuals. With experience of cultivating strong relationships with partners and members to develop and advocate for sport, Jonny will support us to continue forging a positive path for Archery in Scotland and will be a fantastic addition to the team.

Jonny will start in the role on the 12th of August. Areas of priority will include reviewing the current pathway structures. As always member involvement will be key to this process, so please look out for more information on this in the coming weeks.
